Creative Ways with Embellishment Templates
Themed embellishment templates are one the best sellers in the store at CUDigitals, and for good reason! They are a great way to communicate the idea of a kit and create a package well-suited for particular events that scrapbookers love to document and capture.
Beyond coloring the templates to match your kit, there are many fun and creative ways to incorporate templates in your kits. Here are just a few~
• add to a journaler or pocket scrapping card - run off the edges
• put into a flair or badge or pebble
• incorporate into a border
• add to word strip
• add to banner pieces
• add to chipboard piece - many shapes available
• make into a bottom border on a page
• create a repeating paper pattern
• add to postage stamp shape
• arrange with coordinating clip art pieces, add a white border and make into a sticker
• add to a tag
• add to a ticket shape
• add to frame corners
• add to label tab (like the kind used to mark hanging files folders)
• decorate word art
• distress so it becomes a rub-on
• add paper texture and layer with accordian flowers
• put inside a bottlecap
• use in the center of a date circle (clip art inside - date in circular text outside)
The graphic for this post was made with Little Artist templates by Josy Carson. See all the embellishment template sets available at CUDigitals HERE.
