Have you made it difficult for your customers and other interested in your designs to contact you? You should always post a way to contact you on your blog and in your product TOU.
I know some people are legitimately concerned about posting their email address in a public place but creating a contact page on your blog is good way to let people connect with you without showing everyone your email address. Contact forms can be place in your sidebar or on a separate page and they can be extremely easy to set up.

Set your form to go to an email address you can access and check often. If you change your email address, don’t forget to change your contact form also. If your form is forced to go to your blogger account and you don’t check it regularly, set up a forward to your current email address. You don’t want to miss important opportunities for promotion or customer service because people can’t find you!
